Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy


You may return any eligible new, unused item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. No questions asked. Please refer to the Exclusion Section of this policy for excluded items.


Furnipart USA will only accept items returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for a period of at most 30 days.

Damages and Issues


If any item arrives broken, we will send you a quick replacement or refund it. We will ask for pictures.


Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods so we have enough time to correct any problems. We will not accept claims of defective or broken products after 30 days of the receiving date.


We do not accept claims for labor caused by the installation. You must inspect your products before installation. Use constitutes acceptance.

Shipping Fees


We will handle the return pick-up and provide you with prepaid return shipping labels. However, please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which we will deduct from the refund.


We will inform you of the shipping cost before processing your return. You can decide whether to ship your return using our carrier-negotiated rate or on your own.


We will deduct a maximum restocking fee of up to 10% from your refund. Still, we can waive the fee if you purchase substitute products of equal or greater value.

Exclusion


We do not accept returns of products with missing or broken parts, samples, items marked as final sale, or made-to-order/special-order items. These items are final sale and not eligible for returns and refunds.


Items that arrive at our warehouse broken will be deducted from the refund. To avoid damage in transit, we recommend following the repacking instructions we send along with the Return Authorization. When possible use the same packaging you received the products.


Items sold in whole box quantities must be returned by the box and unopened.


All items sold under sample policy, are considered final sales and non-refundable.

Refunds


Your refund will include the products' price and any taxes minus the shipping cost and a maximum restocking fee of 10%.


Your credit will appear within seven days after furnipart USA has received and processed your returned item(s);

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
